What We Do

Production capacity is 12mm on most materials, although quality cuts can be made up 30mm. Steel, Aluminium, Checker plate, Galvanised, Pre-painted, Copper and Brass are all suitable. up to a size of 2000 x 1000mm.

The company started out and still produces custom cut key hooks and weathervanes, examples of these can be seen through the links on the left. Since that time we have moved onto to bespoke works for several companies and individuals, examples of these can be seen on the latest projects link.

We are currently working on projects as diverse as spiral staircases to conference display stands.

Large radius sheet bending 1200mm wide 175 to 300mm rad.

Section rolling up to 40 x 40 x 3mm box section.

Slip rolling 3mm x 700 sheet.

Ring rolling up to 80 x 10 flat.

Box and Pan folding 1mm sheet 150mm deep for control panels.

Conventional lathe and vertical mill.

Steel Spiral forming for decorative use.

MIG and TIG Welding.

General Light Fabrication.

Repairs in Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
